For the past 3 or 4 years the fireworks at Penn's Landing were on the Saturday before the 4th of July, this year they are on the Saturday after. We scheduled our vacation in Philadelphia for the weekend before and now the activities we wanted to attend are the following weekend. Why was the schedule changed this year?
